Wild asparagi in oil

Picked up in the country, they are cooked just a little bit and then kept in extravirgin olive oil from Puglia. Their unique taste leaves no doubt about their goodness. You can serve them as appetizer with cured meat and cheese, but also by themselves they won’t leave you disappointed.
Ingredients: Wild asparagi (85%), Extravirgin olive oil (13%), Vinegar, Salt, Garlic, Parsley.
